I have rented from Zipcar three times now, and each time it has been obvious that smoking has taken place in the car. The cars are not well maintained at all—does anyone clean them? I had to stop at Walmart to buy wipes for the windows. The windows were so dirty that, at night, I was literally afraid I was going to die because I couldn’t see anything!

I rented a car last week and went to park in the public parking spot in my neighborhood, only to find it was blocked by another Zipcar and I had nowhere to park. I spent over an hour driving around looking for parking spots (on the phone with Zipcar support the whole time) where they recommended I park in a lot 1-4 miles away and 'walk home' despite renting the car amidst a busy day and nursing an injury.
