I have been shopping from Myntra for a really long time and I'm an icon member. Recently, when I placed an order, they sent me the wrong product. When I raised a return request, they rejected it, saying that they had delivered the right product, and I tampered with it. Even after providing images and speaking to customer care multiple times, my issue wasn't resolved. Customer support is absolutely useless. Terrible experience. I will never shop from Myntra again. They are scamming the customers.
