Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

I vacillated for a while before finally leaving my old carrier. And after I did, I wondered what took me so long. The Mint customer service team is mint. You don’t have to deal with the automated “voice” assistant you speak to a real knowledgeable and friendly person. Tell the CS your existing plan and they’ll help you with the Mint plan that’s right for you. Switching took about 10 minutes, boom done. AND we’re saving about $600.00 per year!

The service has been fabulous, no complaints, great reception, and up time. The only, ONLY issue is having to manually renew every three months. First time I missed it and ended up getting dumped out of my service for a few hours, but in their defense, once I paid the fee service came back immediately.

Before you buy the allegedly unlimited plan, you should know that it's actually just 35 gigs, and if you're looking to make this a replacement for your home Internet like I was, this is a bad option that will frustrate you immensely. Do not buy Mint Mobile unless you like being lied to and barely being given any data. They're just like every other phone carrier that lies about what the word 'unlimited' means.
