Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

The app often gets stuck, so you might cycle somewhere for 5min and then spend extra 5min trying to lock the bike. Of course, they will charge you for this extra time, so if anything the issues are getting worse over time. Support staff does not care. Usually walking would be faster.

I tried to use one of their electric bicycles and even though I went to one of their designated parking spot, they still wouldn’t even let me park. They wouldn’t let me in the ride and essentially told me that I had to ride across town in the opposite direction. I wanted to go in order to check in the ride otherwise they would charge me until the battery ran out so probably in the $80. I uninstalled the app and will never use this service again.

After having a lot of problems with Veo bikes not being reliable I tried out Lime and they are super reliable even on very cold days where the other scooter companies(Bird) will just not work or will leave you stranded when they completely shut off. Thank You Lime scooters! I do wish they gave a little bonus for adding money into it though. A little $2 bonus for every $20? I mean, it would incentivize us to load more money into lime cash.
