Anecdote 🪴 - Customer Success / Chief of Staff / Operations

Anecdote is seeking a smart individual to join our highly experienced and global team full-time and manage Customer Success and Operations. As an early member of our company, you'll have a disproportionate impact on accelerating our mission of transforming customer experiences worldwide.

Anecdote was built by ex-Meta, Cisco, Uber product and Applied AI founders. Our mission? To unlock valuable, untapped, insights from customer feedback to help companies make better decisions and grow faster.

So, what do we do? Anecdote brings all your customer feedback together in one dashboard - from app reviews and support chats to surveys and social media - for super easy analysis. Our AI-powered platform empowers team’s from companies like Grubhub, Calo, Ruggable and Uber with actionable insights so they can deliver a better, more real-time customer experience that drives sustainable growth.

We're backed by Neo, Propeller and Wamda and many other awesome investors, having raised ~$3m to date. What makes our product unique is that we’re partnered with industry leaders like OpenAI and Nvidia enabling us to increase our accuracy and quality.

Your mission

  • Build From The Ground Up: You’ll be hands-on in creating our customer success strategy, working closely with the company's founders. This is your chance to shape how we support our customers from the very start.
  • Define Success: You'll establish what success looks like by setting clear, measurable goals. This means deciding on the key performance indicators (KPIs) we'll track to ensure we're always improving.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: You won’t be working in a silo. Instead, you'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and business development teams to make sure our approach to customer success is aligned with our broader company goals.
  • Lead Process Improvements: You’ll take charge of operational meetings, focusing on enhancing our processes around customer renewals, billing, and contract management. Your goal will be to make these processes as smooth as possible.

For this role specifically, you’ll mostly be working with:

  • Abed, Product (CEO) - Studied Mechatronics Engineering and grew Facebook Shops as Senior Product Manager at Meta, also led AI & ML Product at Careem (until acquired by Uber for $3.1bn), he grew up in Jordan & loves F1 (more here).
  • Pavel, Engineering (CTO) - Studied Computer Science at Lomonosov, researched generative deep learning models at Cisco, led Applied AI Research and Data Science at Careem, scaled AI within as Applied Research Lead - he grew up in Russia (more here.)
  • Johnny, Founder Associate - Worked in acquisitions at Razor Group (eCom tech-unicorn), and helped lead investment’s at Regionally. Grew 2 AI startups before Anecdote, with one successful small-exit. Also scaled a Prompt Engineering newsletter to 22,000 subscribers - grew up in the UK & loves hiking/outdoors (more here).

At least a high 2.1 in your Bachelors degree (3.5 GPA+) or merit (masters) from a highly ranked educational institution. Evidence of previous work experience ( Minimum 2.5 years).
