Customer Support Issues

I spent hours with an AI chatbot that couldn't help, and I never got to speak with a human.
Unexpected Charges

I was charged for a renewal I didn't want, and they refused to refund me.
App Performance

The app is so slow and crashes often, making it unusable for my business needs.

Quotes of the week

Hear from some of the most impactful users to drive changes

I used to love Wix but it has really gone downhill. They keep increasing my premium rates, while NOTHING improves. I’m getting more spam emails than ever before and the app won’t let me edit anything on my website. What are these rate increases for when the user experience is getting worse??

I’ve been using the Wix Owner App for years, but the new layout is a major step backward. It’s not user-friendly, not intuitive, and honestly makes it harder to manage my business efficiently. The older version was way more productive and streamlined—please consider bringing that layout back or giving users the option to switch.

I just downloaded the app on my iPad and was very disappointed on the limitation you have when it comes to editing your site. I can’t align text, change font, size, color. Am I missing something here? Looks like it's back to my laptop.
