I used Washmen for more than 2 years now. Quality wasn’t the best but they were reliable. Until my bank called me advising that I should block the last payment as there were many reports on abuse but I said no. I wanted to give them the credit of doubt. But when I checked the hefty charges on my last order I understood that there was a general problem. Going to the point of overcharging while not giving bill details...That’s a trust abuse. I am done with this service.

I used their service when vacationing in Dubai. Had placed a next day order for laundry as I was flying out of Dubai. We had 2 pieces of clothing which were not delivered to us and we didn’t notice because we were trying to pack our stuff. The team promptly let us know about the missing clothing and even went to the extent of returning them outside of Dubai through courier. A splendid example of customer service which is rare to see and prompt communication through every step. Special thanks to Gian for keeping us informed about the status. Would highly recommend their service.
