I have recently used Tempcover for a few days insurance - purchase from their web was very easy and so I thought having the app would be an easy way to view current policy and to renew in the future. It loads and logs me in. It prompts you to confirm details, but then tells you that it cannot find your account. No way to scan in the QR code you are provided with and no way to buy another policy. Largely useless.

So I tried to get a Pin, unsuccessfully. Finally, I got in touch with someone, it took me ages to convince them that something is genuinely wrong and it is not me just needlessly asking for a new Pin. Apparently, they were going to get back to me, from the IT department to sort out my issue. That was last year. What a joke!
