Notification Delays

A significant number of users report issues with delayed or missing notifications, which is crucial for timely updates in a team management app. Approximately 15% of users seem to be affected by this problem, leading to missed events and important messages.

Notifications don't ping on my phone until 20 minutes after posting, causing me to miss full classes.

2

App Crashes

Several users experience frequent app crashes, especially after updates, which disrupts their ability to manage team activities effectively. This issue affects about 10% of users, causing frustration and hindering app usability.

The app keeps crashing about 25% of the time since the last update.

3

Direct Messaging Issues

Users find the direct messaging feature cumbersome, with some reporting that messages are not private or that they cannot delete messages. This affects around 8% of users, complicating communication within teams.

I can't delete direct messages, so if I send something by mistake, there's no way to remove it.

4

Photo Upload Problems

A portion of users face difficulties with uploading photos, where images appear with gray boxes or fail to upload entirely. This issue impacts about 7% of users, affecting the app's functionality for sharing visual content.

There’s no way to delete direct message. So if you send something by mistake, there’s no way to delete.
Photo Upload Glitches
Photos uploaded to the app are often covered by a gray box, making them partially or completely unviewable. This bug disrupts the sharing of visual content, which is a key feature for team engagement.
Someone in the group sent one of the team photos, but all I could see was the top half inch maybe.

Was once the leader in my group but had to get a new phone, now it's showing me in the group twice, one as a leader and one as a regular member.
