I’ve never written an app review before but my experience with Klarna was so horrible I’d thought I’d share. After trying to purchase a concert ticket through them it declined 3x then prompted me a new payment plan that was horrible and not close to the first 7 different payment plans it showed me. I decided to go through with it anyways and after the payment went through it was canceled. The Klarna support team was extremely unhelpful and left me with no options other than just wait for my large amount of money to come back that the took without warning, no emails, no receipts, no trace of the transaction other than the money missing from my account. So far it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t heard anything or received the funds back in my account. This company and support has been a truly awful experience. Beware when purchasing through Klarna

I was previously using the brilliant Stocard app to store all of my cards and it was simple and fast. The Klarna app is dreadful! So incredibly slow, all I want to do is scan a card at the till and it takes forever to load up to the extent that I have to open the app before I start shopping so that I'm not standing at the till like a lemon.
