Our tour dropped their price by half 2 days before our scheduled tour. I was hesitant to cancel the booking as I might lose a spot since there’s 9 of us. So I emailed to provide proof of the price change expecting to be refunded the price difference. But you’d never receive a response back via email. Like your email goes to a black hole. When you call them about the email you sent, they claim they never received it. Calling customer service can’t assist you. They don’t even allow you to escalate the call to a supervisor or manager. The email went through successfully by the way. You can trace the route of the email and also no bounce back emails. But they claim they never received it and that they can’t help me until they receive the emails. What kind of customer service can’t help you on the phone until they receive your email? Like they can’t do anything over the phone? No way am I using get your guide ever again.
