Tried to use this app and verify my identity using my newly issued passport. When the verification system asked me to scan the barcode in the back, it wouldn’t take a picture, register a scan, etc. with so many other comparable options, small avoidable issues like this are what put this app in a second tier category. Why trust a service that can’t get their technology to function?
