I created an account, logged in, tried to deposit money for the first time and within minutes of having the account I was kicked off and told my account was closed and could not use bet365. I called customer support to find out what issue caused this to happen so I could possibly fix it or get it corrected but the rep told me they had no answer and that they can just choose to block someone. I couldn’t even get info on what they saw that led them to close my account. Went online and read numerous other people who had the same thing happen. What a dumb business model when there’s so many competitors for sports betting more than happy to take my money.

For about 8 months I had been using this app and able to withdraw with no issues. Then out of nowhere my account gets suspended through no fault of my own because of the automated system. It took about 3 months of contacting support at least once a week or every other week till my account was finally reinstated. During that time I missed out on several free spin and bonus money personal promotions that I still received the emails for. You would think after suspending my account for 3 months for no reason they might throw me a bonus or some free spins but nope nothing but a sorry for the inconvenience.

I love bet365 because of its Daily Lineups feature. It’s so fun, and I’ve gotten lots of friends into it, too. I love the sports in Daily Lineups (NBA, MLB, NHL, NFL, F1, European soccer, UFC, and others). I just wish WNBA was part of Daily Lineups, too. Note to Bet365: please add WNBA to Daily Lineups. Other than that omission, Daily Lineups is awesome. Bet365 is also better than other sports-betting apps because of its “early payout” feature where your bet will get paid out as a win for you —even if the bet ultimately loses— if (1) you made the bet pre-game, and if (2) your team goes up by a certain margin during the game. Then it’s considered a win. “Early payout” is awesome, and only bet365 has it.
